Dipak was brilliant to have a long as he guided through scenic foothills rich with historical and cultural significance particularly in Nepal's recent period. This trek is well worth it for anyone adventurous enough to depart from the beaten pathways -- high passes, Himalaya views, traditional villages, lush fields and jungles, shamans and more. Dipak from High Spirit Adventures helped us to create a custom excursion within the Lugum / Rukum region of Nepal. Combining a very remote mountain village trek, with a deeper peek inside the communities to experience the local shamanic customs, and still allowing us to include a charity effort bringing some much needed supplies to 120 kids in the village school. The local people are absolutely wonderful… they love to share their mountainous culture, which is rich with natural vibrant colors. You will experience their pride as you watch them navigate living within in such difficult terrain while embodying a simple life living off the land and its nourishing resource. Dipak and his team proved to be very knowledgeable about the region, informative about the challenges and quite resourceful to adapt to the ever changing situations. Wow!!! What an amazing trek to this unspoiled corner of Nepal! My first time visiting Nepal and I will definitely be back to trek with Dipak and his excellent group! Can’t recommend enough!

We went to Manaslu region with Dipak in 2017 and it was an amazing trek. We did not only enjoy the beautiful landscape and nature but we also enjoyed the company of Dipak and our porter Bharat a lot. We had a lot of fun, learned from each other and the most important we felt very safe all the time as Dipak and Bharat cared very much about our health. I spent very memorable days in the Everest region in Nepal. I used to dream to see this highest peak in the world and now I arrested it on my camera. My guide arranged everything and helped me a lot.
