Lugum

Dipak from High Spirit Adventures helped us to create a custom excursion within the Lugum / Rukum region of Nepal. Combining a very remote mountain village trek, with a deeper peek inside the communities to experience the local shamanic customs, and still allowing us to include a charity effort bringing some much needed supplies to 120 kids in the village school. The local people are absolutely wonderful… they love to share their mountainous culture, which is rich with natural vibrant colors. You will experience their pride as you watch them navigate living within in such difficult terrain while embodying a simple life living off the land and its nourishing resource. Dipak and his team proved to be very knowledgeable about the region, informative about the challenges and quite resourceful to adapt to the ever changing situations.
